To make a delicious Vietnamese spring rolls, one must know the steps of frying it.

Firstly, heat two cups of oil at high heat and when the oil starts to form bubbles.

Secondly, insert the spring rolls but it is advisable to add two at a time rather than adding all the spring rolls at once as it is more difficult to control the doneness of it.

Thirdly, when the colour of the spring roll starts to turn golden brown, gently flip it and make sure that both sides have even colours.

Fourthly, when all the spring rolls are ready, drip off all excessive oil. Then take a piece of lettuce and lay it on a serving plate and put all the spring rolls on it to be presentable.

Lastly, take the spring roll and dip it into a dipping sauce and wrap it with the lettuce.

Therefore, to make a delicious Vietnamese spring rolls, one must follow the steps accordingly.

Hey guys, I'm finally back blogging after so long. It's been like 3 years plus since I last blogged? I'm back blogging as one of my assignment is blogging.

Time really flies as I have already ORD from army and currently I'm studying diploma in Hotel Management at Shatec Institute. 1 week of class have already started and though it is tiring, I am glad that I have good mentors and good classmates.

I am really looking forward for my internship but for now, have to really study hard for my tests and exams.

Today went to meet Flare and Jefferey at Atrium. I played 1 game against the top ghost for YOKOHANE and I managed to clear it! Yesterday was using Jefferey NY30C Evo 8 to clear many times but cant. HAHA! Shows tat i only can use my O.Z evo 8. haha yea got back my evo 8 from Tong ler and really would like to thank her for changing my settings and helping me to pump my stars. yea i liked the tyres u chose. =)

After tat Jefferey asked whether wanted to catch the movie "I'm A Legend" but i told him i'm like short of cash. Haha then he told me nvm. He took out 2 cathay voucher. I was shocked sia. haha. I REALLY GONNA APPLY THE NEBO CARD! So we went down to Cathay to collect the tixs and when we reach there it was super crowded. Anyway went to buy a ticket for Flare too and guess wad?! Jefferey bought the tix for only $6. So damn cheap. thats y i'm gonna apply for the NEBO Card.

Anyway the movie I'm A Legend overall was ok only. The ending part abit Lame and Dumb. So guys out there who have not watch. U guys can still watch and u'll know why i say the ending part is lame and dumb. Haha. Some maybe will like the movie some will think is boring. Is up to individual =)

Hais tml onwards until sat haf to work. But nvm. FOR MONEY I'LL CHIONG!

MERRY XMAS EVERYONE!
Just came back from Bugis. Today was a busy day for me. Woke up at 10am to go church wif my mum den after tat went to my grandma's house at Farrer Court to buy lunch for her but apparently she had already eaten her lunch. Chatted for awhile wif her den went down to the market to eat. LOL! First time heard stall selling BA CHOR MEE no mee pok and even no more Fishball ler. Guess its too famous. So bo bian had to eat Mee Kia. Overall it was alright. After eating went to ISETAN and my mum bought me 3 shirts from TOPMAN. 1 of it was for CNY. Haha kinda fast. After tat went to meet Jeffery at Cine and we decided to catch REDLINE the movie. THIS MOVIE IS A MUST TO WATCH FOR ALL U CAR LOVERS OUT THERE! Very nice show indeed. When i saw they crashed their Ferrari or Lambo and like many other expensive car, my heart pain sia. HAHA! SO EXPENSIVE CAR GIF THEM CRASH UNTIL LIKE TAT?! MY AS WELL GIVE IT TO ME =p

After Movie went to meet Chuan, Rain, Tong and suprisingly Pearl and Reign too. Anyway we were supposed to have Pizza Hut but changed to Raja INN at Tiong Bahru Plaza. However it was full house so in the end went to eat the famous Bak Kut Teh. The Soup is nice! We ordered quite a lot of things too. Haha the bill was like 91 but since its Rain and Tong Aunty (correct me if i'm wrong) she only charged us $50. But overall the food is nice and I was damn full! After eating went to Bugis and played wangan.

Guess everyone had fun today as I had fun myself too! =) Next time when we have the money we must try Pizza Hut le!

Phew! Jus came back from work. Wad a busy night tonight was. Hais cant believe i'm working on Christmas Eve and I'll be working also on New Year's Eve. Cant get to enjoy but this month my pay will be very very good ;) Cant wait to get my pay for this month!

Before going to work went to Compass point wif my mum to have Lunch at Wasabi a jap restaurant. After tat she went to collect her Log Cake from Jack Place which was a complimentary gift to her from dont know where while I went to PS to meet Jeffery and played a few rounds of Wangan. Damn spent $10 on wangan. Must nt spend too much!!!!

ANYWAY ITS CHRISTMAS AND I WOULD LIKE TO WISH EVERYONE A MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Well basically did nothing much today. Left house at around 7+pm after eating my dinner to meet jeffery at atrium. Played a few rounds of wangan at atrium and 1 round of wangan at star factory. After playing at star factory, went to starbucks and bought green tea ice blend and let Jeffery tried the drink. Haha. Now more and more people like drinking the green tea ice blend. Kena influenced by me. First is Chuan. Now is Jeffery. Must influence more people to try the green tea ice blend =x. Haha i was suprised to see Julia in front of starbucks. I did not notice her until she called me when i was walking over to where Jeffery and me was sitting. Anyway Jeffery and i chatted for awhile den he went home den i go find Tobi with his group of friends at BK. Tobi wanted me to watch movie with them but it was too last minute and kinda late so i told him some other times. At first i could not recognise him cause he cut his hair and its quite sometime i've met up with him.

Jus came home from Bugis. Basically did nothing much today. Woke up at around 2pm+ den left house around 4+pm to meet my friend Jeffry at PS. Kind of play alot of Wangan. I must try to limit myself ler. Must save money. Left PS around 9+ to eat dinner at home den left house again at 10+ to meet chuan and tong at Atrium. I like took a cab down to Atrium and it cost me $10.20 jus frm my house to atrium!! OMG la! stupid cab fare increase liao! Anyway when i went down to Zone-X obviously it was already closed. Guess wad? Tobi's fren was stuck inside Zone-X. Haha... He was sleeping at 1 corner and the staff did not jus go 1 round to check whether theres anyone left in the arcade before they close. Its the 1st time i heard of this thing happen. From wad i heard from Tony, in the end the supervisor had to go back to Zone-X and open the door for him. After tat went to accompany tong to eat chicken rice den walk to bugis tat side to play lan. Played for like 1hr plus before coming home. And i had to take cab again and suprisingly wif midnight charge it cost me $14.60 frm Bugis to my house. I tot it would be like $20+ but however its still very ex. Damn Comfort!

Basically was busy with work and during my busy days I lent my laptop to Rain as Chuan's com tio virus. Glad Rain found a new job. JIAYOU in your new job!!! P.S: Dont need to haolian ur pay =P

Grats Chuan for finally getting his Zak Helm!! Your long awaited Zak helm... LOL...
Last night went to SK to meet Chuan and Rain for awhile to take back my Lappy. After that we slacked for awhile under Chuan's block and Chuan let me try Rain's new earpiece. OMG THE BASS IS SUPER POWER LA!!! I'M SO GOING TO GET THAT EARPIECE TOO! MUHAHA...
Is considered very cheap too for a very good earpiece. $35! Aint it cheap?! But 1 thing i don't like is the earplugs. Must plug it totally into your ear. Kind of not used to it but is good when u're listening to music cos u totally can't hear any noise from outside. No matter how loud the noise is u can't hear a single sound. That's a good point about the earplug.

Its been long since i've last blogged. Been busy with work lately as the year end is approaching and a number of companies are holding their event at attica. This month will be a busy month. Aiming to chiong for this month and at the same time get incentive for this month if I'm not late for work. Most probably my pay for this month will hit 1K + .

Hmm lately at work got some probs happen at work. Chuan broke the marble table which costs around 400+ and he had to pay for it. Guess its my fault for not wiping the table properly. I've decided to pay half of it for him cos i know its totally not his fault. Hey bro really sorry about it yeah?

Last night went to Plaza Sing with my parents to upgrade my phone contract and bought W910i for $398. Cool phone indeed! The guy working at Starhub told us that Ngee Ann was having a roadshow which the phone W910i was selling at $268 if I'm not wrong. However he told us that he can't promise us that there will be stock still as the roadshow was their last day there and they close like 9pm. The time he told us was a bit too late as it was already like 8pm. 100+ difference!!! Therefore we had no choice but to get the phone at $398. Waited for like 1hr plus till our turn. Was super crowded. While waiting went to eat the new Japanese restaurant just beside Ajisan Ramen. The food there are so limited. Service totally sucks too.

Currently I'm now in sch basically just doing nothing. Haha is a suprise Sly and Adrian got come. Long long one time see them in sch only. Just did finish my class test not long and i totally have no clue how to do it. Later will be meeting Chuan and Rain at Sk to pass her money for the Earpiece. Haha got her a MP3 without anything thanks to Max. Anyway hope u like it =) As for Chuan I'll try my very best to get what u wanted ASAP. =)

Jus came back from skcc. went to meet up wif chuan and rain to take my laptop back frm them.
Practically today did nothing much. Sch was so boring. Went there jus to eat lunch and our lesson was suppose to end at 2pm. Instead we left like 1pm cos our sch com had some problems.
So chuan and i were like in sch for 1hr plus only den go home ler. As chuan was super tired so we went home and slept for like almost half a day. i woke up around 6pm.
Anyway would like to thank rain for helping and teaching me in my blog =)
